Inside, washed down with water.
Adults and adolescents over the age of 15 are prescribed:
250 mg capsules: 2 capsules 2 times a day.
500 mg capsules: 1 capsule 2 times a day.
The recommended duration of the initial course of treatment is 6 months. The period of action of the drug after its withdrawal is 3-5 months, depending on the location and stage of the disease. The duration of repeated treatment courses is determined by the doctor.
Special instructions:
Do not exceed the recommended dose. Caution should be used in patients with bleeding, as well as in patients with a tendency to bleed.

It affects the metabolic processes in hyaline and fibrous cartilage, stimulates the biosynthesis of glycosaminoglycans. Slows down bone resorption and reduces calcium loss, accelerates bone repair processes. Reduces degenerative changes and stimulates the restoration of joint cartilage. It participates in the formation of bone tissue and ligaments. Relieves pain in joints and spine, increases mobility of affected joints. In the treatment of degenerative diseases of the joints and spine (osteoarthritis and osteochondrosis), it relieves the symptoms of the disease and reduces the need for nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). The therapeutic effect persists for a long time after the end of the course of treatment

In rare cases, overdose symptoms may occur: nausea, vomiting, diarrhea. If excessively high doses are taken for a long time (over 3 g per day), hemorrhagic rash is possible.
Treatment: gastric lavage, symptomatic therapy.
Disorders of the immune system: rarely - allergic reactions (urticaria, erythema, pruritus).
Disorders of the gastrointestinal tract: rarely - nausea, vomiting.
Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug, children under 15 years of age.
With the simultaneous use of hoidroitin sulfate with other drugs, it is possible to enhance the effect of indirect anticoagulants, antiplatelet agents, and fibrinolytics.
Chondroitin sulfate is compatible with nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) and glucocorticosteroids.
