There are 14 people in our team, and we are all links in the same chain. It can't be any other way. The packaging of medicines begins with the labeling of ampoules and ends with the process when the product is placed in a box. The speed and attentiveness of all team members are important in our work. If something went wrong at the beginning of the process, it affects the overall result, so cohesion is especially important in the team, so we strengthen each other.

We try to welcome a new employee warmly, so that he feels supported and comfortable working with us. We teach techniques and basic work skills. Taking care of the future is to leave behind as little trash as possible. Recycling household waste is a long process, but we are moving in this direction, albeit not as fast as we would like. Our industrial waste recycling is much better developed. All of them are recyclable and can be recycled into liquid goods, still serve humanity and benefit instead of harm. Then we can leave nature in the state it is in now.

It is important for me to work for a company that shares a significant value for me. It's nice to know that I'm among like-minded people.

The value of "Achievement" is one of the most important things for me personally. To focus on the goal, to be proud of success, but always to move forward – in my opinion, this is how life should be. A great phrase that I would make my motto: "Our main achievements are always ahead."

When I joined Biochemist as a sales manager, I quickly realized that I saw myself in manufacturing. One of my first personal achievements at the plant was the position of shift supervisor at the production site. Of course, I was proud of myself – it's not so easy for a person with a liberal arts education to master production processes and technologies. But my pride soon gave way to a desire to grow and develop further. I was selected for the professional retraining group under the program "Chemical technology and synthesis of biologically active substances" and successfully graduated. My personal and professional growth has opened up new horizons and set new goals for me.

Now, together with the team, we are preparing to launch a new lyophilizer production site. This is a new goal, significant not only for me, not only for our workshop, but also for the entire PROMOMED Company. My colleagues share with me the desire for new achievements, and therefore I have no doubt that we will succeed.

After graduating from university, I was looking for a place where I could not just work in my specialty, but constantly develop and grow professionally. The Biochemist became such a place for me.

I started as a chemical analysis laboratory assistant. A year later, I was entrusted with the position of a technologist for the production of tablets and capsules. Today I am a leading technologist for the development of solid dosage forms in our R&D Center.

My job is to create new drugs. I conduct experiments, master modern equipment, and introduce developments into production. Every day requires careful analysis and search for solutions. The most important thing I've learned is not to stop at one option, but to be able to look at a task from different angles. And my colleagues always help me with this: joint discussions often open up new horizons and suggest unobvious but effective ways.
