Industrial safety management system
PROMOMED builds a comprehensive industrial safety management system based on strict compliance with current legislation in the field of occupational safety, industrial and fire safety, environmental protection and principles of continuous improvement.
The Group's PB management system complies with the international standards GOST R ISO 14001-2016 (ISO 14001:2015) and GOST R ISO 45001-2020 (ISO 45001:2018). In 2024, the Group successfully passed the certification of the management system for compliance with these standards. During the certification, current legal requirements were taken into account, and the PB management system was brought into line with the updated regulatory framework.
The approach to the formation of the PB management system, which covers all employees of PROMOMED, is fixed in approved corporate documents.

Risk management in the field of industrial safety
PROMOMED has implemented a comprehensive PB risk management system. The main tools for identifying and preventing potential threats are internal audits, management meetings, regular monitoring and daily monitoring of compliance with the requirements of the security management system. These measures make it possible to quickly respond to unsafe personnel actions and production risks. To maintain a safe working environment, a number of standard operating procedures (SOP) and rules have been implemented, as well as responsible employees have been appointed to monitor compliance with the requirements of the BOP.
A carefully built security system allows not only to assess and minimize risks, but also to create a healthy and safe atmosphere in every workplace. A set of measures aimed at protecting the health and lives of employees is our principle on the way to an ambitious but achievable goal: zero occupational injuries. To achieve this goal, we continuously introduce innovative technologies and apply best practices that meet the most stringent international standards.
Caring for the health of employees
PROMOMED cares not only about the health of millions of patients, but also about the health of its employees. The Group is implementing a voluntary health insurance program. In addition, the Group strives to promote a healthy lifestyle among its employees.
PROMOMED consistently implements measures to promote employee health and create safe working conditions. An important area of this work is regular monitoring of the health status of employees. For this purpose, preliminary (when applying for a job) and periodic medical examinations are organized, as well as medical examinations.
In 2024, PROMOMED launched the PROzdorovye program on the basis of the Biochemik plant in order to stimulate an informed attitude towards one's health and motivation to lead a healthy lifestyle. As part of the PROzdorovye corporate program, employees participate in health surveys, sports events, round tables, and consultations on healthy lifestyle.
The Biochemist plant is actively developing corporate sports. Ski races, track and field competitions, mini-football tournaments, bullet shooting, and Health Days are held annually; employees participate in national competitions such as Ski Track of Russia, Cross of the Nation, and the athletics half marathon.
For the prompt provision of medical care, a health center operates on the territory of the Biochemist plant, where employees can receive primary medical care and undergo medical procedures as prescribed by a doctor. The structural divisions are equipped with first aid stations equipped with first-aid kits, which are updated and replenished in a timely manner.
