The Federal Center for the Development of Biotechnologies and Medicine has started work at the Ogarev Mordovian State University.
The scientific facility, which is strategic for the country, was created on behalf of Russian President Vladimir Putin with the support of the Head of the Republic of Mordovia and PROMOMED Company. The purpose of the center is to localize the development and ensure a full cycle of production of new biotechnological drugs in Russia, including for the treatment of cancer and autoimmune diseases.
PROMOMED provided assistance to the Republican TUBERCULOSIS dispensary in Saransk
The Biochemist plant donated more than 6,000 packages of medicines to the Republican Tuberculosis Dispensary. Among them are drugs for the treatment of tuberculosis, cardiovascular, neurological diseases, as well as antibiotics, antiviral, anti-inflammatory and other drugs.

PROMOMED has launched the innovative drug Tirzetta® for the treatment of obesity and diabetes mellitus
The drug Tirzetta® (INN: tirzepatide) is the first and only Russian competitor of the well-known and not available in Russia medicinal product Mounjaro and does not contain any preservatives. A successful initial public offering (IPO) of PROMOMED PJSC shares was conducted on the Moscow Stock Exchange. Demand from retail and institutional investors significantly exceeded the volume of supply. The price of one share was 400 rubles, which corresponds to the upper limit of the price range. PROMOMED was one of the first to use an innovative high-tech device for biopharmaceutical research, the SK FRT-6 device (Scientific Compliance LLC, physiologically relevant tester-6), which was successfully used as part of the biowaver procedure for registration of the drug Cladribine.
