PROMOMED is consistently guided by the principles of fair business conduct and zero tolerance for corruption in all its forms and manifestations. The Group operates in strict accordance with the provisions of applicable legislation and internal regulations.

To prevent reputational, operational, financial and other compliance risks, and to ensure compliance with legislation, regulations of regulatory authorities and rules of public organizations, PROMOMED has implemented appropriate compliance procedures.

In 2024, the Compliance Hotline received questions related to product quality and availability in pharmacy chains. There have been no reports of violations of the Group's policies.

Countering fraud and corruption

The Group has internal procedures in place to prevent and combat corruption, including compliance control mechanisms, mandatory employee training, and the ability to inform employees confidentially about violations.

PROMOMED's staff is trained in anti-corruption practices as part of its familiarization with the Group's current corporate ethics standards. As part of the corporate online course "Compliance. The Code of Corporate Ethics provides for testing employees on their knowledge of anti-corruption rules and procedures.

In the reporting year, no cases of fraud or corruption were detected in PROMOMED. There were no lawsuits caused by violations of anti-corruption legislation in 2024.
