Pharmacovigilance is a type of scientific activity aimed at identifying, evaluating and preventing the undesirable effects of the use of medicines.
Drug safety monitoring is a set of solutions aimed at:
- Identification of new safety information, collection and analysis of data on adverse events / reactions, drug tolerance;
- Early recognition of risks associated with the use of medicines, development of measures to minimize identified and potential risks.
PROMOMED Group has a pharmacovigilance system operating in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the EAEU member States, international standards and the company's internal policy.

The company does not provide patients with medical consultations for the purpose of diagnosis and does not offer possible treatment plans. It is recommended to consult your doctor to discuss these issues.
Safety
- An undesirable phenomenon during the use of a medicine / medical device
- Drug interactions
- Incidents involving a medical device
- Suspicion of using counterfeit products
- An undesirable phenomenon, even if you are not sure that it is related to the application, there is not all the information
- Lack of effectiveness or unexpected effect
- Overdose (for 1 dose exceeding the maximum allowable daily dose according to the instructions)
- Improper use (intentional violation of the conditions of use specified in the instructions)
- The effect of the product on a woman's body during pregnancy or breast-feeding
- Exposure to products through parents (during conception through the father)
- Abuse (one-time or permanent intentional violation of the dosage regimen / method of administration specified in the instructions)
- Collect and send the data in 24 hours: select the appropriate application form (see the section "Leave a request"), carefully and clearly fill in each section of the form
- You should fill out 1 form for each undesirable phenomenon.
- A successful application will be assigned a number.
- It is possible to attach materials (photos, documents) to the appeal
- There is not enough data for the "report an adverse reaction" form, choose "ask a question"

Quality
- The sale of medicines is allowed only through licensed pharmacy organizations.
- To verify the authenticity of medicines before using them, optimally, immediately at the pharmacy, we recommend using the Honest Sign (national digital labeling system) website
- Use the Ask a Question form (see the "Leave a message" section) to contact the Hotline specialists, be sure to attach a photo of the packaging from all sides in good quality.
- Before using the medicine in the auto–injector / pen, carefully read the operating instructions (in each package)
- It is important not to skip the steps described in the manual.
- All the steps have been completed, but it was not possible to get an injection, contact the Hotline specialists via the Ask a question form (see the "Leave a message" section), be sure to attach a photo of the package from all sides in good quality.
What should I do if...?
Pen needles are classified according to two main parameters: diameter and length.
The Gage scale (abbreviation G) is usually used to measure the outer diameter (thickness) of needles.
The larger the number, the thinner the needle, the more effort is needed to inject the drug.
The following sizes are found among the needles for syringe pens:
- 30G or 0.3mm;
- 31G or 0.25mm (thin);
- 32G or 0.23mm (ultrathin).
The choice of needle length depends on age and body type.:
- 4mm needles for skinny adults;
- 6 mm needles for adults of medium build;
- Needles of 8 mm for adults of dense build.
