At Biochemistry, we don't just perform tasks — we continue the story started by great scientists. In 1928, Fleming discovered penicillin, and since 1959, our factory has become a permanent supplier of this vital antibiotic, providing the country with a medicine that turned the world upside down.

Today, my department faces no less ambitious tasks, because our work is a constant search for solutions. We develop new medicines, conduct research and implement the results in real production. Everyone is involved in this process: from the director to the laboratory assistant and technical staff. Every cog of this mechanism is important. Sometimes a specific task may seem routine or insignificant, but it is from such "little things" that the final result is formed — a high-quality innovative drug that the patient receives.

For me, "Biochemist" is primarily an opportunity to feel involved in a great cause. I appreciate our company for appreciating everyone's contribution here and creating conditions so that we can cope with the challenges of the time and provide people with the most necessary things — health and medicines.

"One for all and all for one" is the main principle of successful work. I have been following him for more than 20 years, since I joined Biochemist in 2000. My role on the line is to perform a specific operation. However, I realize that the final product is the result of a common effort, so the quality of my work directly affects the success of the entire team. The packaging of medicines begins with the labeling of ampoules and ends with the process when the product is placed in a box. The speed and attentiveness of all team members are important in our work. If something went wrong at the beginning of the process, it affects the overall result, so cohesion is especially important in the team, so we strengthen each other.

For me, a "Biochemist" is not just an employer. This is a family in which we joyfully welcome newcomers, train them, give them the opportunity to develop in other directions and rejoice at their successes.

Caring for the future is primarily a topic of ecology and nature conservation for me. It is our duty to leave forests, fields, clean rivers, and fresh air to our descendants.

Taking care of the future is to leave behind as little trash as possible. Recycling household waste is a long process, but we are moving in this direction, albeit not as fast as we would like. Our industrial waste recycling is much better developed. All of them are recyclable and can be recycled into liquid goods, still serve humanity and benefit instead of harm. Then we can leave nature in the state it is in now.

It is important for me to work for a company that shares a significant value for me. It's nice to know that I'm among like-minded people.
