Educational projects in collaboration with schools

The Future Biochemist project is being implemented on the basis of Gymnasium No. 19, the Tavla Education Center – Secondary School No. 17, school No. 5. More than 170 students of grades 8-11 from all educational institutions of Saransk have already become its participants. The course was developed jointly by the teachers of the above-mentioned schools and the teachers of the Ogarev Moscow State University.

In 2024, the online course "Future Biochemist" was opened for advanced study of chemistry and mathematics for grades 8-11, which can be joined by students studying in all corners of the Republic of Mordovia. A link to the telegram channel with detailed information.

The curriculum included in-depth study of chemistry and mathematics, interesting, visual experiments in organic and inorganic chemistry, lectures by university researchers and practicing specialists of the Biochemist plant. Olympiads and competitions are also provided as part of the training. The Promomed Group of companies has equipped the classrooms with all the necessary equipment for carrying out practical work.

The Future Biochemist project is the first step in the implementation of the company's personnel reserve strategy.

Federal project "Professionalism"

For Promomed, the federal Professionalism project is a strategic investment in the future. By increasing the prestige of secondary specialized education in the pharmaceutical industry, we ensure our sustainable development for years to come.

It was within the framework of the Professionalism project that the Sphere Pharm Educational and Production Cluster was created in Mordovia in 2022. The Saransk Technical College of Services and Industrial Technologies (SSUIPT) became the educational base, and the Biochemist plant, the Promomed Group production site, became the main industrial partner and employer. The first graduates of Profesionality will come to our factory in 2025. By this time, we will have already launched the freeze-drying section and the PHC section, and the plant for the production of active pharmaceutical substances will be in rhythmic operation.

In 2024, we expanded our borders within the framework of the Professionalism project and signed an agreement with the Saransk State Industrial and Economic College. This educational institution trains specialists in technical fields: electrics, mechatronics, additive technologies, which are also in demand and necessary for our production.
