What are you going to do?:

• Conducting patent information research on the patent purity and patentability of biotechnological objects (antibodies, conjugates, peptides)
• Preparation of applications for inventions in cooperation with the authors / RnD-center
• Preparation of responses to examination requests, record keeping on applications
• Analysis of the use of a patent in a product/infringement of a patent by a product
• Preparation of positions for revocation of patents of third parties in the Chamber of Patent Disputes

Successful candidate's profile:

• Work experience in a similar position in a pharmaceutical company for at least 2 years;
• Education and work experience in the field of chemistry/biotechnology (chemical synthesis/peptides, antibodies, RNA, DNA) 2. former FIPS expert;
• Biology/biotechnology, chemistry, medicine. Candidates without specialized education in biology/biotechnology/chemistry/medicine are not considered.
