Responsibilities

  • Control of the fulfillment of the requirements for the technological process of cultivation, purification of biotech. substances at the existing and planned sites of the company during transfer before transfer to routine production;
  • Preparation of requirements and coordination with suppliers of disposable systems for the production of cultivation, purification of biotech. substances;
  • Preparation of production procedures, production protocols, Pilot/industrial regulations;
  • Preparation/approval of specifications for raw materials and materials for cultivation, purification of biotech. substances;
  • Organization of the technological part of the process in routine production (employee training, monitoring compliance with GMP requirements, timely provision of production documentation, control of preparation and filling.) Control of the fulfillment of the requirements for the technological process of cultivation, purification of biotech. substances at the company's existing and planned sites during routine production.

Requirements

  • GMP experience
  • at least 2 years as a technologist/foreman at a pharmaceutical company
  • Technology transfer experience in cultivation, purification of biotech. substances (receiving party)
  • Experience in preparing basic documentation on the process of cultivation, purification of biotech. substances (SOPs, route maps, regulations)
