More than a hundred employees of JSC Biochemist have become blood donors

The traditional donation campaign was held at the Biochemist plant (part of Promomed Group of Companies) on July 8th. More than 100 people volunteered to replenish the supplies of the republican blood service, including both regular donors and newcomers.

The company's employees have been active donors of blood and its components for many years.
Voluntary donation at the plant is developing every year, attracting more and more participants and receiving more and more support. During the campaign, Biochemik employees helped hundreds of patients return to their families healthy.

The mobile blood transfusion point of the Mordovian Republican station is located on the territory of the enterprise.
Before starting the procedure, the participants were examined, and the doctors checked their well-being and the absence of contraindications. During the donations, the medical staff advised on how to restore the body, how often blood can be donated, and talked about the medical requirements for a donor.

"We are implementing our mission to make people healthy, beautiful and happy in the workplace and in life," said Dmitry Zemskov, Executive Director of Biochemik JSC. – Promomed produces drugs included in the list of vital and essential ones, including for the treatment of COVID-19.

This year, the donation campaign is timed to coincide with the "All-Russian Day of Family and Fidelity."
