On October 21-23, the All—Russian Festival of Young Scientists "Pharma is Love", organized by the PROMOMED biopharmaceutical Company, will be held at the Ogarev Mordovian State University in Saransk. The festival, which combines the science and practice of the pharmaceutical industry, will bring together young scientists from 14 Russian universities. Students and postgraduates of chemical, biological and pharmaceutical fields will present projects on drug development and receive feedback from the largest industry experts.

The 2026 program provides separate directions for student and postgraduate teams. 

October 21st The festival will be opened by a scientific laboratory, an educational program in which participants will consistently master the path of creating a medicinal product from scientific research to intellectual property protection. 

October 22 The teams will present interim solutions in consultation with experts from the PROMOMED Medical Directorate, receive recommendations, and continue working on projects. On the same day, Pavel Igorevich Makarevich, Professor of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Doctor of Biological Sciences, Head of the Laboratory of Medical Bioengineering at the Center for Regenerative Medicine, Associate Professor of the Department of Biochemistry and Regenerative Biomedicine at the Faculty of Fundamental Medicine of the Lomonosov Moscow State University Medical Research and Educational Institute, will give a lecture. 

October 23rd The participants will present their final projects to a professional jury, which will determine the winners. Then there will be an expert discussion "From the molecule to the patient: how science and industry create the medicines of the future", and the award ceremony will conclude the festival. 

This year, the Expert Council brought together scientists, business representatives and government authorities. It consists of:
