PROMMED's new Dividend policy has expanded its dividend payment options

March 12, 2026, Moscow – PJSC PROMOMED (MOEX: PRMD) (formerly "PROMOMED", the "Company", and together with its subsidiaries– the "Group") announces changes to the Company's Dividend Policy.

The Board of Directors of PROMOMED has decided to exclude from the Dividend Policy the requirement for a positive operating cash flow as a prerequisite for the payment of dividends. This will allow the Company to consider the economic validity of payments based on financial results in a broader context.

PROMOMED follows an advanced growth strategy with a focus on the development, production and commercialization of innovative drugs. The expansion of the drug portfolio to achieve a leading position in the production of technologically complex dosage forms, as well as the development of new sales channels are key factors in business development. Such a strategy involves an increase in investment activity in certain periods, which may have a temporary impact on the dynamics of operating cash flow.

The Company adheres to a balanced approach to capital allocation and strives to combine permanent development investments with the creation of attractive value for shareholders, including through the payment of dividends.
