The biopharmaceutical Company PROMOMED together with the Company ARTSELLENS participated in the "GxP-Fest 2026" — VI An international student festival that brings together educational and competitive tracks for young professionals focused on a career in the pharmaceutical industry. The festival is organized by the Eurasian Academy of Good Practices with the support of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation and the Eurasian Economic Commission.
At the stand and as part of the business program, PROMOMED and ARTSELLENCE experts told students and graduates about the opportunities for a professional start in manufacturing, R&D, quality control, clinical development, regulatory areas and related fields. The participants learned how to join teams that create innovative healthcare solutions, contributing to the development of new molecules and technologies whose main goal is to improve the quality and life expectancy of people.
During the session, Alexander Vishnevsky, Executive Director of ARTSELLENS, spoke about technological trends, presenting the key directions of the Company's development.: "Modern drugs and technological solutions are already being developed at our pilot R&D site. By the end of the year, we plan to launch a pilot industrial site, undergo licensing and begin production of clinical series. Several products are currently at the stage of technological transfer. A separate area is the creation of an “artificial liver". We use human stem cells and reprogram them into hepatocytes, which replace the patient's own damaged organ. We plan to bring the project to clinical readiness in the coming year."
The speaker also stressed the importance of an interdisciplinary approach and communication in the modern pharmaceutical sector: "Narrow specialization is now rather a limitation, and interdisciplinarity is an opportunity. The market needs specialists at the intersection of disciplines. The boundaries between pure biology, chemistry and physics have been erased, and it is at the intersection of sciences that breakthrough solutions are born."
PROMOMED noted that the festival has become an effective platform for direct dialogue with future industry professionals: "We are looking for curious, responsible and team—oriented people who are ready to learn, grow and solve applied problems - from laboratory research to scaling production. At the festival, we saw a high interest in real industrial cases and modern practices, which confirms the correctness of our focus on partnership with universities and early involvement of young professionals."
GxP-Fest 2026 traditionally unites the best practices of the industry and the academic environment, revealing the requirements of standards and offering the opportunity to prove themselves in solving practical cases and project tasks. PROMOMED and ARTSELLENCE invite students and graduates to join internship programs and junior vacancies in order to take the first steps in a career in high-tech pharmaceutical and biotechnological production.
