The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Mordovia hosted the signing of partnership agreements within the framework of the federal project "Professionalism" between the Biochemist plant, part of the Promomed group of companies, and two secondary specialized educational institutions in Saransk.

The creation of a joint staff training project at the Saransk College of Services and Industrial Technologies will allow the opening of new laboratories within the walls of the educational institution, which in turn will give students the opportunity to acquire knowledge in conditions as close as possible to industrial conditions. The training process lasts for three years. After graduation, graduates will be able to get jobs at the Biochemist plant, the largest pharmaceutical production in the country, as a matter of priority and start working, bypassing the adaptation period.

An agreement was also signed with the A.I. Polezhaev Saransk Technical College of Energy and Electronic Technology, where they plan to train future technological equipment adjusters. Being the only pharmaceutical company in the republic, Biochemik is interested in training specialists for its production in Mordovia.

The Minister of Education of the Republic of Mordovia, Elena Soldatova, noted that about one hundred million rubles would be allocated for the implementation of the project, which became possible with the participation of equal shares of funds from the federal budget and Promomed Group of Companies in financing.

The federal project "Professionalism", within the framework of which agreements were signed, was launched in the country for the first time. This is a new training model that will help bring the level of education of college students as close as possible to the needs of the labor market.

For many years, Promomed Group has been a strategic partner of Ogarev Moscow State University in training professional personnel for the pharmaceutical industry, investing in the development of the scientific and technical base and training students who may become employees of the Biochemist plant in the future. And this summer, within the framework of cooperation with the Secondary School, students of the Saransk Polytechnic College completed their first internship at the enterprise.
