Employees of Promomed Group went on a production tour

A new corporate program has been launched at the Biochemistry plant of the Promomed Group Tour de Biokhimic. The first 9 office employees changed from white-collar workers to blue-collar workers: they got to know the factory and underwent a transformation from an office worker to a universal Biochemist.

The "pioneers" of the project were managers, analysts, financiers, and business leaders. For one day, they were completely immersed in the life of the factory. During the sightseeing tour, the office staff got acquainted with the production, the control laboratory, and the R&D center. A special feature of the tour was the opportunity not only to look at the production process, but also to try yourself in the working profession. Office staff mastered the specialties of product stackers and cartoners, and experienced mentors helped them quickly get involved in work tasks.

All participants in the corporate program received certificates of completion of a practical course on the production of medicines from the hands of Dmitry Zemskov, Executive Director of Biochemik JSC.

The tour allows you to form a unity of the corporate culture of "white" and "blue collar" and strengthen the bond between teams from different regions.
