Employees of the "Biochemist" of the Promomed group have been retrained

Diplomas on professional retraining were awarded to 13 employees of the company who completed a one-and-a-half-year training course. The education they receive opens up opportunities for professional development and career growth.

Promomed Group continues to invest in employee development, choosing various solutions for the development of practical skills and professional growth. Close cooperation with the leading universities of the country, including the Moscow State University. Ogareva, allows a flexible approach to educational programs and adapt them to the current needs of the modern pharmaceutical industry.

The course, which was used by the company's employees, was developed by teachers of the Ogarev Moscow State University to train specialized specialists in the pharmaceutical industry. The curriculum included a wide variety of disciplines, from pharmaceutical marketing to chemical synthesis. 

The first students were students of the Mordovian State University, studying in specialized specialties. They are currently working at Biochemistry in the field of drug development and production. 

In the second stream, current employees of Biochemik were trained — shift and site managers, technologists, and specialists. During their studies, many of them have already moved up the career ladder.
