On September 30, with the support of Promomed Group's Biochemist JSC, the scientific and educational laboratory for the synthesis of active pharmaceutical substances was opened at the Ogarev Institute of Physics and Chemistry of the Mordovian State University. 

The Laboratory for the Synthesis of Active Pharmaceutical Substances is the second joint project of Promomed Group of Companies and Moscow State University. Ogareva as part of the implementation of the national project "Science" in the Republic of Mordovia, which was approved by the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation V.V. Putin "On national goals and strategic objectives for the development of the Russian Federation for the period up to 2024."
