From the new academic year, targeted training of specialists for Promomed Group of Companies will start in the three largest universities in the country

As part of its workforce training strategy, Promomed Group is implementing a targeted training program with the country's largest universities. Applicants from Saransk will have the opportunity to receive higher education at the expense of a future employer and guaranteed employment at the Biochemist plant (part of the Promomed group).

Promomed continues to expand cooperation with Russian higher education institutions in the field of training specialized personnel for the domestic pharmaceutical industry. The first 13 people from Mordovia will start studying at universities of the D.I. Mendeleev Moscow State Technical University, the A.I. Evdokimov Moscow State Medical University and the Ogarev Moscow State University in September. The program is being implemented within the framework of the signed strategic partnership agreements at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum this year.

Promomed Group conducts systematic work on the selection of specialists for the pharmaceutical industry and the creation of a personnel reserve. The company invests in future employees by selecting the best educational institutions for them. Applicants were strictly selected: academic performance, participation in competitions and Olympiads in specialized subjects, as well as the results of the Unified State Exam were taken into account. An important factor was the desire to develop and make a significant contribution to the development of Russian medicine.

For many years, Promomed Group has been actively cooperating with educational institutions in terms of training professional personnel for the pharmaceutical industry, investing in the development of scientific and technical facilities and training students of various specialties who may become employees of the Biochemist plant in the future.
