NTM Mordovia: Joined the personnel reserve of "Biochemist" from school

The Biochemist Plant (part of Promomed Group) is a dynamically developing enterprise, and there is a need for young specialists. Since the beginning of the year alone, more than 60 employees have joined the team. The biochemist is not going to stop there, they start training the personnel reserve right from school.

"The professional training that students will acquire is a serious launching pad for the younger generation," said Dmitry Zemskov, Executive Director of Biochemist JSC. — In such a high-tech production as the Biochemist pharmaceutical plant, qualified specialists of working specialties are always in demand. We are investing significant resources in the development and training of future personnel, as well as in the popularization of working professions in general."

Secondary school No. 27 became the launching pad for cooperation. The company has equipped the technology class with modern carpentry equipment. For teenagers, this is a great opportunity to learn new work specialties right in school lessons. The new workbenches were highly appreciated by both students and their teachers.

Now the usual lessons will reach a new level: students will gain practical knowledge and master their work specialties in an ergonomic and safe environment.
