The Biochemist plant, the Promomed Group's production site, has become one of the main sites in the country for studying current experience, which will form part of the All-Russian Pharma 2030 Strategy. Its main goal is to achieve a 70% share of Russian full–cycle drugs in the country's market by 2030.

To get acquainted with the Mordovian experience and to build an action plan for the development of the Russian pharmaceutical industry, the RSF Commission on Pharmaceuticals and the Committee of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry on Entrepreneurship in healthcare came to Saransk.
