Only one country in the world has such technologies as in Russia: Peter Bely spoke at the All-Russian Visiting Conference on the Development of Healthy Longevity Medicine.

The All-Russian Visiting Conference on the development of Healthy Longevity medicine was held in Saransk on April 23. As part of the business program, Peter Bely, founder and chairman of the Board of Directors of PROMOMED, said that pharmaceutical technologies available in Russia are available only in one country in the world — the United States.

Speaking at the plenary session, the PROMOMED expert noted that there are about 60 million obese and overweight people in Russia, while only 3 million receive therapy. The professional and scientific community is faced with a serious task – to reveal the advantages of current technologies to combat excess weight. Modern GLP-1-based therapy is used even by athletes who need to lose weight while maintaining muscle mass. Russia produces new generation drugs in auto—injectors, disposable devices without preservatives such as phenol and benzyl alcohol. The auto-injector is already configured and does not require human intervention, which eliminates errors during dosing. It has already been proven that when independently determining the dose, the patient is mistaken in 30% of cases. Drugs in disposable auto-injectors are produced only by PROMOMED in Russia and Eli Lilly in the USA. Moreover, the American manufacturer supplies multi-dose pens to Europe. Such packaging requires the use of preservatives.

In his report, Peter Bely emphasized that, having defeated obesity, which causes diseases of the liver, vascular system, and about 13 cancers, it is important to think about the quality of life in all its aspects. According to Peter Bely, people are not afraid of old age, but of decrepitude and infirmity. Nature-like technologies make it possible to keep the body healthy and form a muscular corset through regular physical exertion. The main fear for most is not the numbers in the passport, but sarcopenia — loss of muscle mass, which is synonymous with old age. Full—fledged longevity is not only about additional years of life, it is its quality in several areas: physical, mental, sexual and emotional health.
