PROMOMED company is represented in Uzbekistan

Our company has started geographical expansion in the CIS countries. The conference, dedicated to the launch of the drug Reduxin on the Uzbek pharmaceutical market, was held in Tashkent with the support of the Ministry of Health of the Republic and the Scientific and Practical Medical Center of Endocrinology of Uzbekistan.

With an expected 150 participants, 187 doctors attended the conference, 98 of them endocrinologists and 89 gynecologists. The interest in the event was huge, and this despite the fact that on the same day two large pharmaceutical companies held their conferences with the participation of foreign speakers.

Yuri Khalimov, Chief Endocrinologist of the Health Committee of the Government of St. Petersburg, Head of the Department of Military Field Therapy at the Kirov Military Medical Academy, Honored Doctor of the Russian Federation, made a presentation at the PROMOMED conference on "Effective treatment of obesity: is there light at the end of the tunnel?".  Specialists also remembered the vivid report of Irina Shestakova, Associate Professor of the Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology and Reproductive Medicine at the Faculty of Advanced Training of RUDN University Medical Workers, who spoke on the topic "Obesity in the practice of an obstetrician-gynecologist."

Professor Svetlana Kalinchenko, an endocrinologist and andrologist, was present in the audience and asked the speakers a lot of questions. The unfolding scientific discussion led the conference participants to the obvious conclusion: the problem of obesity can and should be combated, and the drug Reduxin entering the pharmaceutical market of Uzbekistan is an important aid in this matter.
