PROMOMED company spoke about the key priorities in the interests of advanced healthcare

Alexey Mikheev, Director of Drug Market Access at PROMOMED, took part in the session "Business in the interests of advanced healthcare: Horizon 2030", which was held as part of the business program of the Healthy Society Forum.

During his speech, Alexey Mikheev spoke about the company's strategic areas of work, which are aligned with key government priorities. In particular, as a leading innovative biopharmaceutical company, PROMOMED's top priority is to strengthen the country's drug safety through the development and production of innovative medicines. This is made possible by the unique infrastructure, which includes its own world-class R&D center and a high-tech production site, the Biochemist plant. At the same time, PROMOMED actively supports the goals of national projects such as "Long and active Life".

Based on key government priorities, the company identifies the following significant areas for its own development: endocrinology, in particular, the development and production of drugs for the treatment of obesity, and oncology. Speaking about the endocrinological field, Alexey Mikheev noted that the Group is a leader in the production of drugs for the treatment of overweight, occupying more than 64% of this market. The company's portfolio includes a number of blockbuster drugs for the treatment of obesity, and plans to launch new products. Speaking about the oncological field, Alexey Mikheev said that today the company has 15 medicines in its assets, while the Group intends to expand the production of targeted products for the treatment of breast cancer, non-small cell lung cancer and other aggressive forms of malignant tumors.
