Promomed develops traditions of corporate volunteerism

On March 30, the Promomed Group's Biochemistry mobile blood transfusion station reopened. More than 100 employees supported the campaign and became blood donors. The number of volunteers who are ready to help patients of medical institutions in the republic is growing every year. Along with honorary donors of the plant, young employees are joining the campaign.

Promomed Group develops and strengthens the traditions of corporate volunteerism at its production site, the Biochemist plant. The company does not stand aside and provides all possible assistance to those who particularly need it. Donor Days are one of the good traditions of Biochemist, which has been around for a quarter of a century. Over the years, the company's employees have helped many people receive timely medical care and saved not a single human life.

"We produce vital and essential medicines, and we cannot stand by when we are sure that we can help in some way," said Dmitry Zemskov, Executive Director of Biochemist JSC. — Donor campaigns are one of our corporate volunteering traditions, which invariably attract a large number of participants. Therefore, we carry them out on-the-job on the territory of the enterprise.

In total, the company's employees donated 40 liters of blood to the hospitals of the city and the republic.
