PROMOMED DM LLC bonds are registered on the Moscow Stock Exchange

In accordance with the Listing Rules and receipt of the relevant application, on December 18, PJSC Moscow Exchange registered 3-year bonds of the 001P-01 series in the amount of 0.5-1 billion rubles from PROMOMED DM LLC. This is stated in the official message of the trading platform.

 

The issue has been assigned the registration number 4B02.-01-00560- R-001P. Applications will be collected on December 23 from 11:00 Moscow time to 15:00 Moscow time. The benchmark rate of the 1st coupon is 9.00-9.50% per annum. The payment period is 182 days. The bonds are included in the third level of the quotation list. The guarantor for the release is the production site of JSC Biochemik Holding (MOEX: BIOH). The technical placement is scheduled for December 25. The organizers will be Raiffeisenbank, FC Otkritie Bank (MOEX: OPEN) and Univer Capital.

 

At the end of November, the rating agency Expert RA has assigned the issuer's creditworthiness rating at the level of "ruBBB+" with a stable outlook.

 

PROMOMED DM LLC is a management company for the group's structures and a trading house for the wholesale of manufactured products. The group includes JSC Biochemik (Saransk, Mordovia), and the plant produces, in particular, a drug for the treatment of COVID-19 patients. As of 31.12.2019, according to the consolidated financial statements according to IFRS standards, the assets of the PROMOMED DM Group of Companies amounted to 6.1 billion rubles, capital – 1.9 billion rubles. Revenue in 2019 amounted to 5.2 billion rubles, net profit – 875 million rubles.
