PROMOMED DM's credit rating has been confirmed at the ruA level, with a stable outlook

June 23, 2025, Moscow – PJSC PROMOMED (MOEX: PRMD) (formerly "PROMOMED", the "Company", and together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") announces that the rating agency Expert RA has confirmed the credit rating of the subsidiary PROMOMED DM LLC at ruA-. The rating outlook is stable.

The rating reflects a relatively high level of creditworthiness compared to other rating entities in the Russian Federation, and there is some sensitivity to the impact of negative changes in the general economic environment. 

The Agency notes the Group's resilience to external shocks due to the high social importance of the pharmaceutical industry, as well as the low elasticity of demand for medicines, especially vital ones. This factor, combined with an increase in life expectancy and an increase in the proportion of patients with chronic diseases, forms the basis for the long-term and predictable development of the industry.

The Group has developed competencies in the field of innovative drug development. In addition, Expert RA noted the high marginality of the Group's business: EBITDA margin exceeds the maximum industry benchmarks.

The Agency notes that over the next 12 months, operating cash flow, cash balances and available limits on credit lines provide sufficient liquidity to fulfill all obligations and implement investment plans. A qualitative assessment of liquidity is characterized by a low risk of debt refinancing and a comfortable repayment schedule. The Group's debt portfolio is diversified.

The corporate structure of the Group, which includes a Board of Directors with independent members and committees on audit, strategy, sustainable development and remuneration functioning under the Board of Directors, was positively assessed. Expert RA emphasizes a high level of transparency and a mature internal control system.
