PROMOMED Group invests in the future of pharmaceuticals: the first graduate of the Sphere Pharm cluster

On March 1, 2025, the first graduation of students of the specialty "Biochemical Production" of the educational and production cluster "Sphere Pharm" took place. It was created on the basis of the Saransk College of Services and Industrial Technologies within the framework of the Federal project "Professionalism" and allowed to build an effective system of training specialists for the pharmaceutical industry.

PROMOMED Group acted as an industrial partner of the project. With the support of the company, the college was equipped with the latest equipment and a modern laboratory. Thanks to the accelerated educational program, students gained a sought-after profession in just three and a half years. Experts from the Biochemist plant (part of the PROMOMED Group) accompanied the training process, starting from the first year, and production practice and internships took place at the enterprise.

As a result of the graduation, nine young specialists are already working at the Biochemik plant, strengthening the human resources potential of the PROMOMED Group. Seven graduates plan to continue their studies at the Ogarev Moscow State University, deepening their competencies in the field of biopharmaceuticals.

"Saransk Technical College of Services and Industrial Technologies occupies a special place in the life of Biochemist. We have been cooperating for more than 30 years. The college has always been a forge of personnel for our plant. Since 2022, our cooperation has reached a new level thanks to the Federal Project “Professionalism". "Biochemical production" is an important specialty for our company. Many graduates are already successfully working at the plant as apparatchiks, laboratory assistants, supervisors, stackers of medical products and delight us with their successes," he notedAlexander Rudko, Chief Operating Officer of JSC Biochemist.

Participation in the Federal Project "Professionalism" is consistent with the long-term strategy of the PROMOMED Group for the development of domestic biopharmaceutical production, strengthening the country's drug independence and training highly qualified specialists.
