Promomed Group participated in the annual Interdisciplinary International Congress "Manage Pain", presenting an interactive session "Two views on the problem of OA and OH: a comparison of approaches to therapy", which included presentations by well—known speakers of the medical community - Andrey Danilov, MD, Professor of the Department of Nervous Diseases, IPO of the First I.M. Sechenov Moscow State Medical University, Alexander Lila, MD, Professor, Director of the V.A. Nasonova Rheumatology Research Institute, and Alexey Feklistov, Deputy Chief Physician of the V.A. Nasonova Rheumatology Research Institute.

The purpose of the Congress is to spread advanced knowledge on the problem of pain, improve interaction between doctors of various specialties and international exchange of experience in organizing care and therapy for patients suffering from various pain syndromes. The event was organized with the participation of the International Institute of Pain (WIP), the European Federation for the Study of Pain (EFIC), the Association for Interventional Pain Management (AILB), the Russian Society for the Study of Headache (ROIGB), and others.

The speakers invited by Promomed made presentations on the following topics: "A personalized approach to the treatment of patients with osteoarthritis" (A. Lila), "Results of a clinical study on the efficacy and safety of Ambene®Bio (Kolibri)" (A. Feklistov) and "Osteochondrosis: a new look at an old problem" (A. Danilov). After the presentations, a discussion took place where the issues of timely initiation of symptom-modifying therapy and a personalized approach to patient management were discussed. 

The experts gave recommendations to practitioners on drug therapy for patients with osteoarthritis and osteochondrosis. And they demonstrated the advantages of a short course of Ambene®Bio, consisting of 10 injections for the entire course of therapy, highlighting the results of a comparative clinical trial of efficacy and safety ("Kolibri"), which confirmed the duration of the therapeutic effect of the drug, lasting up to 6 months.
