Promark Company (part of Promomed Group of Companies) for the first time presented to the market its own product tracking management development at the All-Russian conference "State regulation in the field of circulation of medicines and medical devices" that ended on Friday, June 11.

On the one hand, this institutionalizes our efforts in terms of developing the digital direction and applying the experience of developing and implementing advanced hardware and software solutions and their integration with AI and IoT. On the other hand, it confirms the innovativeness of the entire Promomed group, which is embodied both in the development of medicines and in the development of new technologies."
At the moment, a portfolio of products has been launched and is being successfully operated on the market: labeling and aggregation production lines, a reporting system for the movement of labeled goods to the national Fair Sign labeling system; a central production management system for labeling and aggregation; a buffer system and a system for planning and statistical analysis of primary, secondary and tertiary farm sales. the company.
Logistics companies, importers, distributors, and manufacturers of controlled product groups, including pharmaceutical companies, are among the first partners to implement Promark solutions at their enterprises.
The Biochemist Pharmaceutical Plant, Promomed's largest biotechnological production facility, has become a platform for the development, testing and adaptation of digital solutions. During the event Dmitry Zemskov, Executive Director of Biochemist JSC He spoke about the company's experience: "It took about two years to complete all the stages from the development of the concept to the start of production of labeled products. During this time, our own serialization equipment was created and installed, the absolute accuracy of applying and reading DataMatrix codes and data protection were ensured, and the problem of re-sorting during aggregation was solved."
The developed solutions are applicable for labeling all product groups. Currently, medicines, bioactive additives, dairy products, low-alcohol beverages, drinking water, etc. are subject to mandatory labeling. The list of categories is expanding and these solutions are suitable for all of them.
To date, the cost of applying each DataMatrix code remains one of the lowest of all marking systems available on the Russian market.
