According to the DSM Group report[1], PROMOMED biopharmaceutical company ranked 5th among drug manufacturers in terms of sales volume in Russia in March 2026, rising in the ranking by 24 positions in 12 months.

According to the DSM Group, sales for the month amounted to about 4.85 billion rubles, which is 19% more than in February 2026. The relative year-on-year sales growth was an impressive 194%, which is many times higher than that of other pharmaceutical companies in the TOP 10 ranking.

In terms of market positions, by the end of March, PROMOMED accounted for about 2.8%, while the leader's share was 3.4%.

The main growth drivers of PROMOMED were innovative drugs from the Endocrinology portfolio: Tirzetta® and Velgia®. According to the results of March 2026, Tirzetta® is the leader in the pharmacy market with sales of 2.6 billion rubles (+26% mom). Velgia® sales for the same period amounted to RUB 1 billion (+11% mom).

PROMMED is steadily increasing its market share in the treatment of obesity and type II diabetes mellitus: by the end of the first quarter of 2026, PROMMED's share reached 54%[2], an increase of 5 percentage points per quarter. According to calculations by Alexander Khvostov, an expert working with Strategy Partners, the market growth will continue in 2026 and will reach at least 75-80 billion rubles compared to 46 billion rubles last year, and PROMOMED will continue to expand its presence in the rapidly growing market and develop effective and affordable therapeutic solutions, making a significant contribution to improving quality. the lives of Russian patients.

According to the Company, these results are a direct consequence of its commitment to a long–term strategy with a focus on the development and commercialization of innovative drugs in the most promising segments of the pharmaceutical market. The sales growth recorded by the DSM Group in March also supports the trajectory of achieving the projected financial targets for 2026.
