PROMOMED raised 1.7 billion rubles with the help of new format bonds

August 11, 2025, Moscow – PJSC PROMOMED (MOEX: PRMD) (formerly –PROMOMED", the "Company", and together with its subsidiaries– the "Group") announces the placement of a modern investment product – structural bonds linked to an increase in the value of the Company's shares.

As a result of the transaction, the Company attracted financing in the amount of more than 1.7 billion rubles for 2 years to continue implementing its investment program aimed at developing innovative medicines.

The income on structural bonds is linked to the growth of the PROMMED capitalization. The deal assumes a full return on investment. The return on investment is provided by the Group's company, PROMOMED DM LLC, which has a credit rating of "ruA-" from Expert RA.

The product is structured in such a way as to minimize pressure on stock prices. The instrument does not involve additional issue of shares and coupon payments. Together with a similar investment instrument placed in April of this year, the Company was able to raise more than 3.3 billion rubles.
