PROMOMED received an uncredited stock rating of "five stars" from the NKR and NRA

January 19, 2026, Moscow – PJSC PROMOMED (MOEX: PRMD) (formerly "PROMOMED", the "Company", and together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") announces that it has received a non–credit rating of "five stars" (high growth potential) from the National Credit rating agency Ratings (formerly and further – NCR) and the National Rating Agency (formerly and further – NRA).

The highest ratings assigned reflect the high growth potential of the Company's share price.

PROMOMED became one of the first issuers on the Russian market to receive the highest non-credit rating of shares. The NKR[1] set the estimated share price of the Company at 682 rubles, which corresponds to a 72%[2] growth potential of the securities. The NKR expects the Company to begin a gradual transformation into a dividend story with a yield of 6% by 2026. According to NRA[3], PROMOMED shares have the potential to grow by 50%[4] relative to the current price to the fundamental value.

In the summer of 2025, the Bank of Russia approved pilot methodologies of two rating agencies (NCR and NRA) for assigning non-credit ratings to ordinary shares. The non-credit (star) rating of the shares reflects the agency's expert opinion on the fair value of the company's shares, taking into account the quality of corporate governance, information disclosure and protection of shareholders' rights, as well as the investment attractiveness of their securities over a one-year horizon. The values of the non-credit rating are determined by comparing the current and fair value of the shares. The scale is designed to help investors better navigate the quality of securities in the Russian market.

The Bank of Russia plans to include the use of such ratings in financial market regulation in 2026.
