PROMOMED shares are among the first to be included in the new Value Creation Index

July 23, 2025, Moscow - PJSC PROMOMED (MOEX: PRMD) (formerly and further – "PROMOMED", the "Company", and together with subsidiaries – the "Group") informs whose ordinary shares of the Company are included in the calculation base of the Moscow Exchange's value creation index.

The Value Creation Index (index code – MVBI)[1] was developed and calculated as part of the Shareholder Value Creation Program[2], a joint initiative of the Bank of Russia and the Moscow Stock Exchange aimed at increasing the investment attractiveness of Russian public companies, increasing their shareholder value and supporting best corporate practices. The first companies included in the calculation base of the new index were 6 companies, among the first in the list – PJSC PROMOMED.

Since the IPO in July 2024, the Company's shares have already been included in the calculation databases of the following Moscow Stock Exchange indices:

The index of medium and small capitalization;
IPO Index;
Consumer Sector Index;
The broad market index.
