PROMOMED shares will be included in the index of medium and small capitalization of the Moscow Stock Exchange

November 29, 2024, Moscow – PJSC PROMOMED (MOEX: PRMD) (formerly "PROMOMED", the "Company", and together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") announces that the Company's ordinary shares will be included in the calculation base of the Moscow Stock Exchange's medium and small capitalization index from December 20 in 2024[1].

Since the IPO in July 2024, the Company has already been included in the calculation databases of the following Moscow Stock Exchange indices:

-IPO Index;
-Consumer sector index;
-The broad market index.

About the index of medium and small capitalization

The Moscow Stock Exchange's mid-cap and small-cap index is a price-weighted, market-capitalization, free-float composite index of the Russian stock market, which, as of November 29, 2024, includes liquid shares of 46 medium- and small-cap companies.
