Revolutionary tablet: Semaltara®, the first oral Russian semaglutide

PROMOMED, a leading Russian biopharmaceutical company, announces the launch of sales of an innovative drug for the treatment of type 2 diabetes, Semaltara® (INN semaglutide). This is the first domestic semaglutide in tablets.

Semaltara® is an analog of Rebelsas® from the Danish company Novo Nordisk, which stopped supplying its product to Russia in 2024. Semaltara® is manufactured at our own Biochemist plant in a full cycle, from the substance to the finished dosage form. The drug will be available for retail sale in three dosages: 3 mg, 7 mg and 14 mg. The new product will be available in pharmacies throughout Russia within the next month. The vacation will be carried out on a doctor's prescription.
