Students of Saransk Polytechnic College are interning at the Biochemist plant, which is part of the Promomed group of companies

As part of the cooperation between Promomed Group of Companies and Saransk Polytechnic College, students undergo an internship at the Biochemist plant with the possibility of further employment. Students study according to an individual plan, combining study and work. Six trainees will serve as installers of automatic machines and semi-automatic machines for three months under the guidance of Biochemist specialists, and in the future they will be able to start working as employees of Promomed Group.

Promomed Group is dynamically developing a system for training young specialists to work in the pharmaceutical industry. The need for qualified personnel capable of solving the challenges facing the modern pharmaceutical industry is growing. Therefore, Promomed Group actively cooperates with vocational schools and higher education institutions.

"This summer, SPT students completed their first production internship at the plant and showed a good level of knowledge. The next stage of the joint project of Promomed Group and the college was a paid internship for senior students. With the development of the plant and the opening of new production facilities and laboratories, we increasingly need young talented personnel from a wide variety of specialties, and internship programs will expand," said the Executive Director of Biochemist JSC Dmitry Zemskov.

At the beginning of the year, the administration of Saransk Polytechnic College launched a cooperation initiative to train young specialists for the Biochemist production base, which will simultaneously solve the problems of a shortage of highly specialized specialists and youth employment.
