Shares of PJSC PROMOMED have been included in the new Moscow Stock Exchange index calculation databases

September 2, 2024, Moscow – PJSC PROMOMED (MOEX: PRMD) (formerly "PROMOMED", the "Company", and together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") announces that the Company's shares have been included in the calculation databases of the broad market and consumer sector stock indices of the Moscow Stock Exchange[1].

Moscow Stock Exchange Broad Market Index
The Company's ordinary shares were included in the calculation base of the Broad Market Stock Index. The Moscow Stock Exchange Broad Market Index includes the Top 100 securities selected based on criteria of liquidity, capitalization, and free-float shares. This index serves as the basis for the formation of other Moscow Stock Exchange indices. The calculation base includes stocks with a free float ratio of at least 5%.

Moscow Stock Exchange Consumer Sector Index
The Company's ordinary shares were also included in the Moscow Stock Exchange's Consumer Sector Index. This index includes the most liquid shares of Russian issuers whose economic activities relate to the relevant sector of the economy.

The calculation bases for both indexes were formed on the recommendation of the Index Committee and will become effective on September 20, 2024. The Moscow Stock Exchange has set the free-float ratio for the Company at 7%.
