Special offer for PROMOMED shareholders: discounts on medicines produced by the Group

June 17, 2025, Moscow - PJSC PROMOMED (MOEX: PRMD) (formerly "PROMOMED", the "Company", and together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") announces that shareholders will receive discounts on subscriptions to the Company's course–based medications.

PROMOMED is implementing a new initiative for the Russian pharmaceutical industry — it provides its shareholders with a subscription to the Company's most famous drugs on preferential terms. The company implements the promises made during the IPO and enables shareholders to gain easy access to the PROMOMED product ecosystem.

All shareholders registered in the PROMOMED register as of April 22, 2025 will receive a special discount of 1,000 (one thousand) rubles for subscriptions to course-based medications produced by the Group.

Letters with promo codes have been sent to shareholders at the e-mail addresses provided by the National Settlement Depository. In order to take advantage of the discount and purchase a drug prescribed by a specialist on preferential terms, you must enter a promo code on the website. https://promeka.ru .

If the shareholder has not received an e-mail, then in order to receive a discount, it is necessary to write to the mailing address ir@promomed.pro and to confirm ownership of shares as of April 22, 2025 by providing a statement from the depot account, a brokerage report or other supporting documents. In response to the supporting documents, PROMOMED will provide a promo code and instructions for activating the discount.
