Specialists for JSC Biochemist will be trained by Saransk State Industrial and Economic College

JSC Biochemist and Saransk State Industrial and Economic College signed a cooperation agreement, which provides for joint work on training professional personnel for the plant. This will allow us to simultaneously solve two important tasks: the issue of the shortage of highly specialized specialists and the problem of youth employment.

As part of the cooperation, students will receive professional training under the guidance of the company's employees.

The Biochemist's specialists will conduct lectures and practical classes in the workshops of the plant. Successful students will be able to complete an internship at JSC Biochemist. In the future, they will be able to start working as employees, for example, electricians, instrumentation and control engineers and adjusters of electronic equipment.
