Olga Gladilina's work biography is connected with two enterprises. The first one, Lisma, is already in the distant past, and she is currently working at Biochemistry. There are many things connected with the lamp factory. This is her first job, her youth, and the friends she still keeps in touch with. But today Olga Anatolyevna's heart belongs to the "Biochemist". She, a person who had never been involved in microbiology before, was completely taken over by this industry.
She started here in 2014 as an apparatchik of fermentation of biosynthesis preparations. To put it more simply, she participated in the production of vital blood substitutes for people. But it is not in her nature to perform her work duties "from" and "to", and Olga Anatolyevna mastered all the operations at the site. She could replace any of her colleagues, she was even trusted to be the shift supervisor in his absence.
But that's not all. Gladilina became involved in innovation activities, using non-standard options during the technological processes of the production of such important drugs as Polyglucine and Rheopolyglucine, which are used in the treatment of patients with severe blood loss, intoxication and other severe situations.
In 2018, Olga Anatolyevna, as a highly professional specialist, was transferred to a newly created workshop at the antibiotic fermentation site. Here she is engaged in the cultivation of an antibiotic, on the basis of which the latest antibacterial drugs are created. And the growing process is very painstaking, requiring compliance with many necessary conditions.
"An antibiotic is a living organism, and any living "creature" requires attention and care. It is necessary to lay the raw materials correctly, monitor the temperature, and give top dressing. I need an eye. Like a little kid. Technological conditions cannot be violated, we are creating medicines on which the lives and health of millions of people depend," says Olga Anatolyevna.
But Gladilina and her colleagues are coping with the task. The antibiotic is "growing" by the day and by the hour and meets all the requirements for it. Although here Olga Vasilyevna found something to change and improve. On her initiative, a proposal was introduced that made it possible to achieve 100% sterility of the process. You must agree that this is an important condition for the production of medicines. And Gladilina is constantly thinking about the quality of products produced by the site, saving raw materials and auxiliary materials. Restless nature!
The title of "Best in profession" has already been in Gladilina's life. She was awarded it in an in-house competition at the lamp factory. She continued the tradition of being the best specialist at Biochemistry, but now her title is at the national level. And this is a well–deserved reward for a person who gives himself to his favorite business.
Many of us, both those who join a trade union and those who are already members, often ask the question: "What is a trade union? Why is it needed? What advantages will he give me?" This question especially arises from people who have just heard about such an organization, or who just want to join it...
A trade union is a voluntary public association of citizens connected by common industrial interests in their field of activity, created for the purpose of representing and protecting their social and labor rights and interests.
