The corporate wellness program at JSC "Biochemist" of the Promomed group has reduced the morbidity of employees

Promomed Group is expanding and improving the Healthy Biochemist corporate wellness program at its production site, the Biochemist plant. This year, spa treatment and sports activities were included in the standard complex, which helps to reduce the overall morbidity of the team. In the first half of 2022, only 9% of employees went on sick leave, which is 2 percentage points less than in the same period last year.

A healthy lifestyle is becoming an important part of the corporate culture. The company's management supports and creates all conditions for sports activities. Table tennis tables are installed at the factory, now employees can cheer up and stretch during their lunch break. And after the end of the working day, keep yourself in good physical shape in the gym or pool. More than a hundred employees have already received corporate subscriptions. The company has its own football team, which represents Biochemik at city tournaments. All employees undergo regular occupational examinations, a mobile vaccination center is organized on the territory of the enterprise, and a sanatorium treatment program is in effect for employees working in harmful working conditions.
