The innovative biopharmaceutical company PROMOMED informs about the intra-group loan aimed at financing operational activities and business development of the Group

August 09, 2024, Moscow. The leading innovative biopharmaceutical company PJSC PROMOMED (MOEX: PRMD) (formerly and hereinafter referred to as PROMOMED, the Company, the Issuer and, together with its subsidiaries, the Group) informs about an interested–party intra–group transaction.

PROMOMED provided a loan of 1.1 billion rubles to its controlled subsidiary, PROMOMED DM LLC. PROMOMED DM LLC performs the functions of an operating distributor company for the sale of pharmaceutical products and medical supplies.  

This amount represents a portion of the funds raised as part of the initial public offering of PROMOMED shares (IPO), which ended in July 2024. PROMOMED DM LLC undertakes to repay the loan amount and the interest accrued on it within the time period stipulated by the agreement. All funds from the loan will be used to implement the Group's strategy, announced in preparation for the IPO.

This transaction continues a series of transactions related to the distribution of funds received as part of the IPO within the perimeter of the Group.
