On July 12, 2025, one year has passed since the date of the initial public offering of shares of the PROMOMED biopharmaceutical Company (PRMD) on the Moscow Stock Exchange.
The Company's market capitalization currently stands at 86.6 billion rubles, and the share of shares in free float is 6.7%.
The shareholder base of PJSC PROMOMED has grown by 250% since the start of exchange trading and currently has more than 35.9 thousand private and institutional investors.
The Company's securities are included in the second-tier quotation list of the Moscow Stock Exchange and are included in the settlement databases.The Broad Market Moscow Exchange Index, the IPO Moscow Exchange Index, and others.
Shares of PJSC PROMOMED are available at the main, evening and morning trading sessions of the Moscow Stock Exchange stock market, as well as at an additional weekend session.
