With the support of Promomed Group of Companies, special chemistry and mathematics courses have been opened in Saransk schools.

Since the beginning of the academic year, special courses on advanced study of chemistry and mathematics "Future Biochemist" have been organized on the basis of two Saransk schools with the support of Promomed Group of Companies. The classes will allow students to decide on their future profession and prepare more effectively for the final assessment. The opening ceremony was attended by the Head of the Republic of Mordovia, Artyom Zdunov, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Promomed Group Peter Bely, Executive Director of Biochemist JSC Dmitry Zemskov and representatives of the Ministry of Education.

"The elegant facilities and university–level teachers were the best that we could offer future specialists not only in Mordovia, but also in the Russian Federation. I would like to express my gratitude personally to Peter Alexandrovich and the entire Promomed group of companies – to everyone who paid attention to the project. Less than a year ago, we were just discussing what to do about the catastrophic shortage of qualified specialists. And today, the company and the guys are already uniting on the basis of the school, and, most importantly, all this is happening quite harmoniously. I repeat once again, we are on the right track," said the Head of the Republic of Mordovia, Artyom Zdunov.

Promomed Group of Companies conducts systematic work with potential employees, striving to participate in the education of future specialists at all stages of training. The practice of interacting with universities and vocational educational institutions has already allowed us to grow and employ specialists trained for the needs of the company. Promomed takes a broader view and focuses on in-depth study of individual subjects of the basic school curriculum.

"Guys who want to work in the most interesting industry, the pharmaceutical industry, need to start preparing for this not at the institute or even in their senior year, but strongly in advance. For this purpose, our project "The Future Biochemist" was created. After completing this course, we have targeted enrollment in four of the best chemical universities in the country – Ogarev Moscow State University, Mendeleev Moscow State Technical University, the Faculty of Pharmacy of Evdokimov Moscow State University of Chemistry and St. Petersburg State University of Chemistry and Pharmacy," said Peter Bely, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Group of Companies Promomed.

The Future Biochemist project is being implemented on the basis of Gymnasium No. 19 and school No. 17. More than 140 students of grades 8-11 from all educational institutions of Saransk have already become its participants. The course was developed jointly by the teachers of the above-mentioned schools and the teachers of the Ogarev Moscow State University. The curriculum included in-depth study of chemistry and mathematics, interesting, visual experiments in organic and inorganic chemistry, lectures by university researchers and practicing specialists of the Biochemist plant. Olympiads and competitions are also provided as part of the training. The Promomed Group of companies has equipped the classrooms with all the necessary equipment for carrying out practical work.

The Future Biochemist project is the first step in the implementation of the company's personnel reserve strategy.
