Chief Specialist for Registration and Certification (dietary supplements / cosmetics)

And now we are looking for The chief specialist for registration and certification (dietary supplements/cosmetics), who is able to strengthen the team.

What you have to do in this role:

• Preparation of documents and formation of a registration dossier for biologically active additives (dietary supplements) for the purpose of registration in the Russian Federation and other countries;
• Preparation of documents for cosmetic products for the purpose of declaration/certification in the Russian Federation/EAEU and other countries;
• Support of regulatory processes for biologically active additives (dietary supplements) and cosmetic products according to the requirements of the Russian Federation and other countries, including the organization and control of tests, as well as the preparation of responses to requests from regulatory authorities;
• Communication with key departments and partners of the company on the preparation of dossier documents and documents required for the implementation of regulatory projects;
• Preparation and testing of samples and necessary materials within the framework of regulatory processes;
• Timely filling of databases, trackers, as well as the formation and provision of reports;
• Tracking changes in legislation affecting dietary supplements and cosmetic products. Timely planning of activities, taking into account current legal requirements and the company's strategy.

We expect from the candidate:

• Work experience in a similar position for at least 2 years;

• Excellent knowledge of the legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of dietary supplements registration, as well as practical experience in dietary supplements registration in the Russian Federation;

• Basic knowledge of the EAEU legislation in the field of dietary supplements registration;

• Practical experience of declaring cosmetic products in the Russian Federation.
