Responsibilities

  • Assistance to technical support staff in solving incidents with 1C ERP
  • Coordination of projects for the implementation of new and maintenance of existing 1C: ERP functionality.
  • Collecting requirements from users, including for projects
  • Drafting technical specifications for development, task decomposition, object-level design
  • Preparation of documentation for testing (test cases, PMI)
  • Testing tasks from developers
  • Writing instructions for users
  • Delivery of works to the customer

Requirements

  • experience with 1C
  • consulting experience/work in technical support
  • Work experience as a 1C consultant/analyst in 1C:ERP, 1C systems:UT, 1C:KA. You need work experience in the following areas: procurement, sales, warehouse accounting, production. As responsibilities performed: collecting requirements, drafting technical specifications, testing, submitting work to the customer, and advising users. We do not consider candidates who have work experience only with regulated and/or personnel accounting.
  • It will be an advantage if you have 1C certificates of the "Specialist" level (specialist or special consultant).
