Responsibilities

  • Obtaining the need for a shopping center from an internal customer in 1C ERP or in another way accepted by the company;
  • Working with suppliers: searching, receiving commercial offers, concluding/extending contracts, tracking timely shipments and payments;
  • Monitoring the process of timely signing and renewal of contracts;
  • Search for new suppliers and manufacturers of goods;
  • Monitoring of supplier prices and evaluation of optimal purchase prices for goods/services;
  • Maintaining accounting records.

Requirements

  • A confident PC user, 1C ERP;
  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical market;
  • Knowledge of the rules of business correspondence;
  • Ability to work in multitasking mode;
  • Purchasing analysis and planning skills.
  • High analytical skills, attention to detail;
  • The ability to systematize large amounts of information, make decisions, and defend the interests of the company.
