We are PROMOMED Group of Companies, an innovative full–cycle Russian biopharmaceutical company engaged in the development, production and promotion of prescription and over-the-counter drugs in socially important therapeutic areas: oncology, endocrinology, infectious diseases, pain management and neurology.
With the development of the business, we are expanding the team and looking for Manager for planning and inventory management of raw materials.
What do you have to do in this role?:
- Development and control of supply plans for raw materials and supplies to ensure uninterrupted production;
- Operational interaction with procurement, logistics and JCC services on prioritization, timing and quality of supplies;
- Analysis, classification and optimization of stocks of raw materials and finished products;
- Development and implementation of inventory management policy;
- Control of the shelf life of raw materials and finished products;
- Participation in projects on automation of planning and inventory management processes;
- Preparation of analytical reports and solving operational tasks (ad-hoc);
- Communication with the financial department of the plant / company on pricing policy issues for inventory assessment.
We expect from the candidate:
- Completed higher education (mathematics/ computer science/ Economics);

At least 3 years of experience in planning positions in a production company with a structured S&OP process;

Confident PC use;

Proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables);
- Knowledge and ability to work with 1C ERP (production planning, procurement);

And also: competent speech, good analytical skills.
