SFE Analyst (Endocrinology)

We are PROMOMED Group of Companies, an innovative full–cycle Russian pharmaceutical company engaged in the development, production and promotion of prescription and over-the-counter drugs in socially important therapeutic areas: oncology, endocrinology, infectious diseases, mental health, musculoskeletal system health.

And now we are looking for a SFE analyst, capable of strengthening the team.

What you have to do in this role:

• To carry out regular monitoring of the implementation of KPIs by field staff (including the elaboration of individual cases on the implementation of KPIs);

• Participate in setting and coordinating KPIs for field staff;

• Participate in the organization and implementation of the customer targeting process together with the business unit;

• Analyze the implementation of the marketing strategy by field staff (CLM and slide show, omnichannel communication, filling out questionnaires, collecting consent, analyzing events, business activity);

• Analyze and maintain the structure of field force personnel;

• Participate in the improvement, refinement and testing of analytical tools (dashboards, cubes, etc.) and CRM systems;

• Interact with Business (management of the business unit, field staff, marketing) to promptly solve problems and answer questions within their area of responsibility, assist in working with KPI assessment tools.

We expect from the candidate:

• Work experience in a similar position for at least 1 year (experience in the pharmaceutical sector will be an advantage);
• Practical experience in calculating the effectiveness of field forces and various activities aimed at increasing sales;
• Availability of implemented cases for calculating the effectiveness of marketing activities and allocation of FF;
• Proficiency in MS office, especially MS Excel (INDEX, MATCH, VLOOKUP, PIVOT Table) at the level of an experienced user;
• Strong command of Power Query (data import, Merge / Append Queries, Add Custom Column, Add Conditional Column, Pivot / Unpivot Column) will be an advantage;
• The experience of forming basic SQL/PostgreSQL queries will also be an advantage.
