And now we are looking for a Specialist in working with key clients (veterinary drugs), who will join the team from April 2026.
What you have to do in this role:
- Conducting daily visits to veterinary clinics and pharmacies, according to the visit plan, in order to inform doctors and other veterinary specialists about the promoted products for their subsequent purchases;
- Preparation and effective conduct of negotiations with clients, including the formation of an individualized negotiation strategy and tactics based on the specifics of the client/account and ensuring the implementation of activities based on the results of negotiations;

Business management in the territory of the area of responsibility, including situation analysis, planning scenarios for the development of the region, efficient allocation of resources, implementation of a plan for visits to clients, provision of a sales plan for the company in the non-network market segment and the cost of LZ products. Segmentation and targeting of Accounts, managing them in the territory of responsibility for efficient allocation of resources;

Participation in exhibitions, conferences and other special events organized by veterinary structures and/or distributors in the assigned territory, working in close cooperation with veterinary medical advisers;

Regular input and updating of activity data in the CRM system in accordance with the developed criteria for segmentation and targeting of the target audience;

Ensuring long-term planning of activity relationships, coordination of activity plans and provision of regular activity reports to the supervisor. Providing a monthly visit plan to the manager within the agreed time frame;

Effective use and communication of promotional materials on drugs to the target audience, full knowledge of drugs and competitive analysis;

Maintaining financial statements in accordance with the Company's requirements;

Effective interaction with the marketing and medical department of the Company for successful product promotion.
We expect from the candidate:
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position (experience in veterinary and feed companies will be an advantage);
- Veterinary education;
- The experience of successfully launching and promoting new products on the market;
- Experience working with distributors, product deliveries, as well as with points of sale/accounts with product promotion.
